一种平面回转筛进出料的新型连接方式

A brief introduction to the new connection mode of the feed in and out of the plane sifter

对平面回转筛进出料普遍采用的软连接方式进行了重新设计。采用下部较大的出料口接料斗,使随筛体一起转动的出料管插入接料斗中,接料斗的大小保证插入管回转时不碰壁。利用出料口罩板和可上下移动、拆卸的出料口伸缩板,将出料口的敞口结构改进为密闭结构。这种新型的连接方式,没有物料残留死角,且减小了异物混入产品的风险,有利于保证食品及生产设备的安全。

A new connection mode is designed to replace the original soft connection modecommonly used for feeding and discharging of gyratory vibrating screen.A larger outlet hopper is used in the lower part,and the discharge pipe rotating with the sifter is inserted into the receiving hopper at the outlet.The size of the receiving hopper in the outlet ensures that the insertion pipe does not collide with the wall when it rotates.The open structure of the outlet can be made into a closed structure conforming to food safety by using the outlet cover plate and the exit expansion plate which can be moved up and down and disassembled.
