摘要
试验以普通籼稻谷(云恢290)加工的米糠为对照,分别检测了墨江紫米米糠和红河哈尼梯田红米米糠的营养成分,并研究了2种色稻米糠的储存品质。结果表明,2种色稻米糠营养成分和储存品质都优于云恢290籼米米糠,且紫米米糠优于红米米糠。
The experiment used common Shibuya(Yunhui 290)as the control to detect the nutrient composition of rice bran in the Mojiang purple rice and in the red rice from Yunnan Honghe Hani terraced fields,and then studied their storage quality.The results showed that the nutrient composition and storage quality of rice bran with these two colors rice were superior to rice bran from the common glutinous rice,and purple rice bran is better than red rice bran.
