摘要
聚醚类抗球虫药已广泛应用于预防抵抗禽球虫病中。本试验建立了同时测定禽饲料中盐霉素、甲基盐霉素、莫能菌素、拉沙洛西钠和马杜霉素5种聚醚类抗球虫药物的测定方法。试验应用超高液相色谱-串联质谱法,先将一定量的试样用乙腈提取,再利用硅胶固相萃取柱净化,得到的试液供上机使用。经试验,禽用饲料中5种聚醚类药物在配制的标准曲线(1.0~200.0)ng/ml内线性相关,相关系数均大于0.995。饲料中5种聚醚类抗球虫药的添加回收率为85.47%~99.68%,定量限为1.0μg/kg。建立的方法简单快捷,灵敏度高。
Polyether coccidiostats have been widely used in preventing and resisting avian coccidiosis.In this study,a method for simultaneous determination of five polyether coccidiostats(Narasin,Salinomycin,Monensin,Lasalocid,Maduramicin)in poultry feed was established.A certain number of samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with Silica gel solid phase extraction column,and the test solution was used for the detection.The experimental results showed that the five polyether drugs in the feed for poultry were linearly correlated within the standard curve of 1-200ng/ml,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995.The recovery of five polyether coccidiostats in the feed ranged from 85.47%to 99.68%,and the quantitative limit was 1.0ug/kg.The method is simple,fast and sensitive.
