摘要
目的基于电子鼻技术鉴别不同产地的半夏药材。方法收集不同产地半夏药材,采用PEN 3型电子鼻系统对半夏药材进行定量表征,应用Loading分析法、主成分分析法(PCA)和线性判别分析法(LDA)对检测数据进行分析。结果不同产地半夏药材的电子鼻响应值有所差异;7号传感器W1W和6号传感器W1S对不同产地半夏药材的区分贡献率最大;与主成分分析法(PCA)比较,线性判别分析法(LDA)更能较好区分不同产地半夏。结论该方法有效、简便、客观,可用于鉴别不同产地半夏药材。
Objective To identify Pinellia ternata from different origins based on electronic nose technology.Methods The Pinellia medicinal materials from different origins are collected,and the PEN 3 electronic nose system is used to quantitatively characterize the Pinellia medicinal materials,and the testing data are analyzed by loading analysis method,principal component analysis method (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis method (LDA).Results The electronic nose response values of Pinellia from different origins are different;No.7 sensor W1W and No.6 sensor W1S contributed the most to the differentiation of Pinellia from different origins;compared with principal component analysis (PCA),linear discriminant analysis.The method (LDA) can better distinguish Pinellia from different origins.Conclusion The method is effective,simple and objective,and can be used to identify Pinellia ternata from different places.
