A Study of Industrial Policies on U.S.Advanced Manufacturing Industry after the International Financial Crisis

2008年国际金融危机的爆发充分暴露出美国产业结构存在重大缺陷、制造业结构内部严重失衡。为此,最近十年以来,美国政府为确保美国在全球产业竞争优势地位,出台一系列促进先进制造业发展的产业政策,这些产业政策具有系统性、前瞻性、安全性和保障性等基本特征,其中一些政策思路具有较强的借鉴参考价值。

The outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008 fully exposed the major defects in the U.S.industrial structure and the serious imbalance inside the manufacturing structure.Therefore,in the past decade,the U.S.government has promulgated a series of industrial policies to promote the development of advanced manufacturing industry in order to ensure U.S.competitive edge in the world.These industrial policies have the basic characteristics of systematization,foresight,safety and security,some of which are what we can learn much from.
