自2017年中央一号文件首次提出“田园综合体”概念以来,全国掀起了田园综合体建设和研究热潮,涌现了不同的田园综合体建设模式。田园综合体已成为乡村振兴的重要平台载体,对深化农业供给侧结构性改革、培育农业农村发展新动能、加快城乡一体化步伐、推动农业农村实现历史性变革等方面具有重要作用。山东西部地区田园综合体创建方兴未艾,深刻理解把握田园综合体建设内涵及其模式呈现,总结经验规律,透视发展难题,因地制宜、精准施策、科学推动其持续健康发展,为打造乡村振兴齐鲁样板发挥更大作用,具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。

Since the concept of“pastoral complex”was first put forward in the central government document No.1 in 2017,the construction and research of pastoral complex has been booming across the country,and different modes of pastoral complex construction have emerged in large numbers.Pastoral complex has become an important platform and carrier for rural revitalization,and plays an important role in deepening the agricultural supply-side structural reform,fostering new driving force of agricultural and rural development,accelerating the pace of urbanrural integration,promoting historic changes in agriculture and rural areas,etc..The pastoral complex construction in the west of Shandong Province is in the ascendant.Deep understanding and grasp of the connotation and model presentations of the pastoral complex construction,summarization of experience and regularities,in-depth analysis of development problems,targeted measures according to local circumstances,and scientific promotion of its sustainable and healthy development to play a bigger role in building a Qilu model of the rural revitalization has important theoretical value and practically guiding significance.
