摘要
下蜗壳结构是垫升风机与气垫船之间的关键部件,承担载荷传递和振动传递的作用,是影响气垫船结构设计安全的重要因素之一。通过对气垫船及垫升风机的工作方式分析,识别下蜗壳结构的主要结构风险,提出其结构分析要点及其优化设计方法。以某型气垫船垫升风机的下蜗壳结构为例,研究提出结构优化方案以解决原结构振动超标的问题,并从振动、强度、刚度和疲劳等方面分析结构优化设计方案的实际效果,可作为气垫船垫升风机下蜗壳结构设计的技术参考。
The volute structure is the key connect component for lift fans and air-cushion vehicle,including the interaction of load transfer and vibration transfer.It is important to improve the structural design of volute to reduce the vibration intensity and strength risk.The working mode of air-cushion vehicle and its lift fans is studied to distinguish the structural damage risk on the volute structure.An optimization design method is presented subsequently.Moreover,a real volute structure is carried out for further study,whose vibration intensity is above the accepted level.A series of technology measures are designed to improve the structural property on load bearing and vibration transferring.the good effect is achieved compared to the origin volute structure,including the strength,deformation,vibration and fatigue.As a conclusion,this paper presents a good reference for the structural design on volute of lift fans for air-cushion vehicle.
