摘要
传统的元器件用手工搪锡方法无法准确控制搪锡位置和时间。对于多引脚器件在搪锡时容易出现引脚变形,在焊接时易造成引脚起翘和虚焊。现有的自动搪锡机仅能实现直插元器件的搪锡,无法完成表贴多引脚器件的搪锡工作。为此,通过开展工艺技术研究,利用4-DOF机械臂、CCD相机等部件集成设计一套自动化搪锡系统,能够针对不同的元器件准确控制搪锡位置和时间,提高元器件搪锡质量和产品的一致性,从而提高电路板产品质量。
Traditional manual tinning method can not accurately control the position and time of tinning.For multi pin devices,it is easy to lead to pin deformation when tinning,pin warping and false soldering when soldering.The existing automatic tinning machine can only realize the tinning of in-line components,but can not finish the tinning of surface mounted multi pin devices.Therefore,through the research of process technology,an automatic tinning system is designed by using 4-DOF manipulator,CCD camera and other parts,which can accurately control the position and time of tinning for different components,improve the quality of tinning components and product consistency,so as to improve the quality of circuit board products.
