摘要
研究了三种带有不同端基的螺吡喃衍生物对四类有机胺的变色和发光识别。结果表明:通过辨析紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱,三种螺吡喃衍生物能够较好地区分四类有机胺。对识别产物的分析表明,三种螺吡喃与第一类及第二类有机胺发生了不可逆的化学反应,与第三类有机胺之间是可逆的酸致变色作用,与第四类有机胺之间不发生较强的相互作用。
Three kinds of spiropyrans of the SPOH/SPET/SPCOOH were applied to recognize organic amines.The results showed that the spiropyrans can effectively divide totally 16 kinds of organic amines into four classes by distinguishing the UV-Vis spectra and the fluorescence emission spectra.The explorations of the recognition mechanism showed that irreversible chemical reactions occurred between the spiropyrans and aliphatic primary amines/aromatic primary amines while in the cases of aliphatic secondary tertiary amines it is a reversible acid-induced process.No strong interaction occurred between the spiropyrans and aromatic secondary tertiary amines.
