摘要
以甘蔗渣为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,利用超声波辅助制备吸水树脂,以吸去离子水和0.9%Na Cl水溶液的倍率为评价指标。实验结果表明,在交联剂用量为0.1%,超声波功率为390 W,超声温度为70℃,丙烯酸中和度为85%条件下制备的吸水树脂效果最佳,吸去离子水和0.9%Na Cl水溶液的倍率分别为395.7 g/g和69.10 g/g,红外光谱分析表明甘蔗渣和丙烯酸成功进行了接枝共聚反应。
Bagasse made from mechanical damage and pre gelatinization is used as raw material Ammonium persulphate is the initiator,and N,N-methylene diacrylamide is the crosslinking agent.The ratio of absorbent deionized water and 0.9%Na Cl aqueous solution was taken as the evaluation index.The results show that the water absorbent resin prepared under the best conditions,The dosage of crosslinking agent is 0.1%,the ultrasonic power is 390 w,ultrasonic temperature is 70℃,acrylic acid neutralization degree was 85%,resin absorption ratio of deionized water and 0.9%Na Cl aqueous solution were 395.7 g/g and69.10 g/g.The method has simple process,wide source of materials and good application prospects.
