摘要
选用日产6000 t泥熟料第一级旋风预热器为研究对象,根据实际几何参数建立了物理模型,采用数值模拟方法详细计算分析了其内的气固两相流场。重点研究了一级旋风预热器内部气体速度、气体压力、固体颗粒的运动轨迹、湍动能及颗粒速度等参数的变化规律。研究表明,数值模拟得出的结论与工程实践吻合度较高,可为一级旋风预热器的选择与优化提供依据。
The first stage cyclone preheater of 6000 t/d cement clinker was selected.The physical model was established according to the actual geometric parameters and the gas-solid two-phase flow field was calculated and analyzed in detail by numerical simulation method.The variation laws of gas velocity,gas pressure,solid particle trajectory,turbulent kinetic energy and particle velocity in the primary cyclone preheater were studied.The results showed that the conclusion of numerical simulation was in good agreement with engineering practice,which can provide basis for the selection and optimization of the first stage cyclone preheater.
