浅谈石油化工装置管廊设计

Design of Pipe Rack in Petrochemical Plant

管廊作为石油化工装置中各工艺设备的纽带,适宜的规划可促进全厂整体布局合理性。装置管廊的设计应确定其形式走向,按标准规范对管廊进行规划设计,合理布置管廊上的通道和界区平台,便于人员安全通行和巡检操作。

As the link of process equipments in petrochemical plant,appropriate planning can promote the rationality of overall layout of whole plant.The design of the pipe rack should determine its form trend,plan and design the pipe rack according to the standard specifications,and rationally arrange the passage and boundary platform on the pipe rack,so as to facilitate the safe passage and patrol operation of personnel.
