摘要
仪器分析是食品质量与安全专业的核心必修课之一,其有效教学是培养学生创新精神、创业意识和创新能力的重要保障。本文首先对食品质量与安全专业的创新创业教育现状进行了分析,然后根据创新创业教育理念和企业行业需求等,针对性提出了仪器分析课程教学有效性的基本特征和提升路径,即:更新教学理念-革新教学设计-强化实践导向-改革教学评价。最后对仪器分析课程有效教学进行了展望。
Instrument analysis is a significant cant and compulsory course for food quality and safety specialty,and its effective teaching is an important guarantee for the training of innovation spirit,enterprise consciousness and innovation ability.The status of innovation and entrepreneurship education for food quality and safety specialty were analyzed at first,then the basic characteristics and improving paths of effective teaching for instrument analysis were introduced according to the ideas of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the demands of enterprise and industry,namely updating teaching notions,innovating teaching design,strengthening practical orientation and reforming teaching evaluation.Finally,effective teaching of instrument analysis was prospected.
