基于OBE理念的《精细化工工艺学》教学改革探索

Exploration of Teaching Reformation of "Fine Chemical Technology" Course Based on the Concept of Outcome-Based Education

成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,简称OBE)是工程教育认证遵循的基本理念。针对《精细化工工艺学》课程,教学团队基于OBE理念,并以学生为中心,设计了课前预习和资料查询,课堂学生讨论、学生展示、师生交流、随堂练习,并增加学生实验和实训。再通过多元化评价机制全面评价教学效果,形成闭环教学方式。基于学生反馈和教学评价,持续改进教学效果。在培养学生发现问题、解决问题和创新能力的同时,增强了他们的团队协作、语言表达和沟通能力,为应用化学专业应用型工程技术人才的培养提供了有力支撑。

Outcome-based Education(OBE)is a basic concept of the engineering education accreditation.In this paper,a closed-loop teaching exploration was conducted for the"Fine Chemical Technology"course education based on the OBE concept following the student-centered rule.The closed-loop teaching exploration included student preview before class and reference inquiry,student discussion and presentation on the classroom,communication between teacher and student,classroom practice,as well as student experiment and practical training.Besides these aspects,a diversified learning evaluation system was applied to comprehensively evaluate the learning outcome.Based on student feedback and teaching evaluation,the teaching outcome is improving all the time.Through this teaching mode,many abilities such as finding problem,solving problem,innovation have been cultivated for the student.Meanwhile,their abilities of team cooperation,language expression and communication have been also boosted.As a result,these outcomes provided a strong support for the chemical industry engineering and technical personnel training with application-oriented purpose.
