摘要
针对内蒙古准格尔矿区特厚易自燃煤层特点,阐述了特厚煤层综放工作面末采收作设备回撤方式及其特点,提出了预掘双通道+垛式支架支护顶板的回撤方式,对该方式主回撤通道支护参数进行数值模拟验证并实践应用。结合工作面末采与主回撤通道贯通层位控制,提出贯通调节硐+贯通调节孔相结合的层位控制方法,确保工作面末采收作贯通质量,为综放工作面大型设备安全快速回撤提供技术保障。
In view of the characteristics of extra-thick and spontaneous combustion-prone coal seam in Zhunger mine area of Inner Mongolia,the withdrawal method and characteristics of the end-mining closing equipment of the comprehensive release working face of extra-thick coal seam were explained,and the withdrawal method of pre-digging double passages+palletized brackets to support the roof was proposed,and the support parameters of the main withdrawal passages of this method were simulated and verified by numerical simulation and applied in practice.The combination of through-hole adjustment was proposed to ensure the quality of the through-hole for the end mining and the main retraction,which provided a technical guarantee for the safe and rapid retraction of the large equipment of the comprehensive working face.
