摘要
煤矿水害是影响矿井安全生产的重要灾害之一。以太原娄烦龙泉煤矿4301工作面水害防治工程为背景,通过注浆技术进行堵水,科学合理使用粘土水泥浆,采取合理的钻探施工方案。实践表明,粘土水泥浆堵水效果明显,4301工作面底板出水量180 m^3/h,堵水工程结束时工作面剩余水量32 m^3/h,减少148 m^3/h,堵水率82%,达到了预期目的,成功实现了高承压动水条件下注浆堵水,保障了工作面的安全回采。
Water damage in coal mines is one of the important disasters affecting the safe production of mines.The water damage prevention and control project of 4301 working face of Taiyuan Loufan Longquan Mine was taken as the background,water plugging was carried out by grouting technology,clay cement slurry was used scientifically and reasonably,and a reasonable drilling construction plan was adopted.Practice showed that the clay cement slurry plugging effect was obvious,the water output from the bottom plate of 4301 working face was 180 m^3/h,the remaining water in the working face at the end of the plugging project was 32 m^3/h,reducing 148 m^3/h,the plugging rate was 82%,which achieved the expected purpose,successfully realized the slurry plugging under the high pressure dynamic water condition,and ensured the safe recovery of the working face.
