EBZ160型矿用掘进机远程线控制系统的应用研究

Application research of remote line control system for EBZ160 mining machine

由于井下环境恶劣,王坡煤业当前掘进机中控制系统已无法满足设备的现场开采需求。以该矿EBZ160型矿用掘进机为分析对象,针对当前掘进机中控制系统存在的问题,开展了掘进机远程控制系统的升级改造研究,并进行了现场应用测试。结果表明,该远程控制系统运行效果良好,功能全面,实现了掘进机设备的远程操作控制,达到了预期效果。

Due to the harsh underground environment,the current control system of the mining machine in Wangpo Coal Industry can no longer meet the on-site mining needs of the equipment.The EBZ160 mining roadheader of this mine was taken as the object of analysis,the research of upgrading and renovating the remote control system of roadheader was carried out for the problems of the current control system,and the field application test was conducted.The results showed that the remote control system operated well and had comprehensive functions,realized remote operation and control of roadheader equipment and achieved the expected effect.
