摘要
赵固二矿-910 m水仓及五盘区大巷部分区域整体呈单斜构造,受F17-1边界断层影响,二1煤层底板较为破碎。为了保障井下施工安全,并确保巷道高效、快速掘进,采用地面区域超前注浆加固治理技术对二1煤层底板L8灰岩含水层进行探查及注浆加固。本工程采用先进的全自动化注浆系统,保障注浆质量的同时提高了项目管理水平,降低了管理成本,提升了项目质量。
The overall area of the-910 m water warehouse and part of the main road in Zhaogu No.2 Mine was monoclinic structure,and the bottom plate of the No.二1 coal seam was relatively broken due to the influence of the F17-1 boundary fault.In order to guarantee the safety of underground construction and ensure the efficient and fast mining,the L8 tuff water-bearing layer of the bottom plate of the coal seam was investigated and reinforced by using the ground area overrun grouting reinforcement management technology.This project adopted advanced fully automated grouting system,which guaranteed the quality of grouting while improved project management and quality,reduced management costs.
