大都市周边小城镇空间形态的演变特征与机制研究——以浙江省杭州市瓜沥镇为例

Study on the Space Form Transformation Characteristics and Mechanism of Small Towns around Metropolis:Taking Guali Town in Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province as an Example

文章以浙江省杭州市萧山区东南的瓜沥镇为例,研究大都市周边小城镇空间形态的演变特征与机制。瓜沥镇是浙江省"扩权强镇——小城市培育试点改革"的试点镇之一,瓜沥镇空间形态演变受到市场经济、区域环境以及公共政策等多种要素的影响,是多种空间建设主体行为选择的结果,研究其空间形态演变特征与机制对于大都市周边小城镇公共政策制定和制度安排具有重要的意义。

This paper takes Guali Town,in the southeast of Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province,as an example to study the space form transformation characteristics and mechanism of small towns around metropolis.Guali Town is one of the pilot towns of"expanding power and strengthening town-small city cultivation reform"in Zhejiang Province.The spatial form evolution of Guali Town is affected by many factors such as market economy,regional environment,and public policy.It is also the result of the behavior choice of various space construction subjects.The research on the evolution characteristics and mechanism of its spatial form is beneficial to the public policy making and institutional security of small towns around metropolis platoon.
