非历史保护街区的文化更新与复兴的方法探析——以北京朝阳门地区为例

Analysis on the Cultural Renewal and Revitalization of Non-historically Protected Blocks:A Case Study on Chaoyangmen District in Beijing

非历史保护街区作为历史文化名城的组成部分,在承担现代城市功能的基础上,还起到延续城市文脉的作用。文章通过对朝阳门地区兴衰历史和文化记忆的梳理、对历史地段发展的探究,以及对使用人群对区域历史的认知地图进行整理,总结街区在更新过程中如何积极与历史文化融合以及在城市发展过程中,作为非历史文化街区的历史文化传承的发展要素及发展方向,探讨出此类区域在发展过程中的问题以及发展方向。提出了在街区更新与复兴的背景下,历史名城中非保护区域的文脉保护思路。

The non-historical protected districts not only assume the modern function,but also play the role of continuing the urban cultural context.By analyzing the history and culture of Chaoyangmen District in the process of urban development and the cognitive maps who living and working in this blocks,this paper summarizes how to integrate with history and culture actively in the process of block renewal and revival.The problems and development directions of such blocks in the development process are discussed.It puts forward the idea of cultural heritage protection in the non-protected historical blocks of the district renovation.
