生活圈视角下的社区老年人医养设施布局策略研究——以北京市展览路街道为例

Research on the Strategy of Configuration of Medical Facilities in Community from the Perspective of Life Circle:Taking Exhibition Road as an Example

随着我国医养设施供应与老年人需求矛盾的日益增长,如何以人为本对社区层面医疗养老设施配置布局优化具有重要的现实意义。文章从生活圈视角出发,总结老年人的需求与行为规律特征,结合设施供给现状对设施进行布局评价,通过GIS网络分析得出街道内社区老年人医养设施的布局分布情况,进而从可达性、复合度以及资源活化三个方面总结得出了医养设施布局存在的现状问题,并提出了相应策略,以实现老年人的晚年医疗和养老需求保障。

With the growing contradiction between the supply of medical and nursing facilities and the needs of the elderly in China,how to optimize the configuration of community-level medical and nursing facilities with human orientation has important practical significance.From the perspective of the life circle,this study summarizes the characteristics of the needs and behaviors of the elderly.The distribution of demand points for the elderly medical facilities in the community in the street is obtained.Furthermore,content and layout and proposes corresponding strategies to achieve the guarantee of the elderly's medical care and old-age care needs.
