摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,我国经历了计划经济、计划经济向市场经济转变、市场经济三个时期。与此同时,那些于新中国成立初期和计划经济时代建成的老工厂已经慢慢被时代所淘汰,由老工厂所形成的职工社区烙上了时间的记忆和历史的烙印。社区环境被破坏、建筑功能老化等一系列问题使老职工社区面临着"被拆除""被推倒再次开发",还是"保存现状"的选择。文章从社区适宜性的角度出发,对老工厂职工社区进行调查研究,赋予社区新的生命,发挥能效性延续社区活力,满足现在人们对居住的要求。
With the rapid development of China's economy,China has experienced three periods:planned economy,transformation from planned economy to market economy,and market economy.At the same time,those old factories built in the early days of the People's Republic of China and the era of planned economy have been gradually eliminated by the times,and the staff residential areas formed by the old factories are branded with time memory and historical brand.A series of problems,such as the destruction of community environment and the aging of building function,make the old workers'community face the choice of"being demolished""being pushed down for redevelopment"or"preserving the status quo".From the perspective of community suitability,this paper investigates and studies the old factory workers'community,endows the community with new life,exerts energy efficiency,extends community vitality,and meets the living requirements of people's at present.
