As an important part of housing project,the comprehensive performance evaluation of farmers'resettlement area since it is completed and put into operation includes land use and economic development,spatial layout and realization degree,resources and demand,social benefits and influence,which become the basis for sustainable development,complementary development and connotative development of urban and rural areas,and provides reference ideas and operational suggestions for resettlement areas.
