基于公园城市理念的街区改造策略研究——以成都枣子巷特色街区为例

A Study on the Strategy of Block Renovation based on the Concept of Park City:Taking Chengdu Zaozi Alley as an Example

公园城市是基于生态文明绿色发展观和以人为中心的发展宗旨而提出,是未来城市化发展模式的新导向,打开了城市建设发展新局面的重要理论创新和实践探索。成都市编制了《成都市美丽宜居公园城市规划(2018—2035年)》,并将公园城市理念运用于城市更新项目。文章以枣子巷中医药文化特色街区的打造为例,从改造策略中分析公园城市理念在老旧街区改造的实践路径,并总结出该理念用于老旧街区改造在实践生态价值、人文价值、社会价值等方面的优势。

The park city is proposed based on the ecological civilization green development concept and the people-centered development tenet.It is a new direction for the future urbanization development model and opens up a new situation in urban construction and development.It is an important theoretical innovation and practical exploration.Chengdu has compiled the"City Planning of Beautiful Livable Parks in Chengdu(2018 to 2035)"and applied the park city concept to urban renewal projects.This article takes the creation of a traditional Chinese medicine cultural street in Zaozi alley as an example,analyzes from the transformation strategy,the practical path of the park city concept in the old street reconstruction,and summarizes the practical value of the concept used in the reconstruction of old streets value,social value and other advantages.
