目前,城镇化加速发展,人口聚集,生态平衡遭到破坏,进而出现了突发社会灾害。文章从城市交通韧性化的角度出发,结合突发事件的急迫性和特点,分析交通规划以复杂的动态系统来控制时间在城市交通规划中的作用和挑战,总结了城市交通规划中系统韧性化分析的要点,并从城市组群、区域及社区的防灾应急措施及物资保障方面,通过文献分析和定量分析,提出了建立韧性化城市交通系统的建议,以期有效防止突发事件的影响扩大化,为下一阶段城市综合交通网络建设、人防交通规划、提升应急保障能力提供参考。

At present,the rapid development of urbanization,population aggregation,ecological balance has been destroyed,and then sudden social disasters have occurred.From the perspective of urban traffic resilience,combined with the urgency and characteristics of emergencies,this paper analyzes the role and challenges of traffic planning in urban traffic planning with complex dynamic system to control time,summarizes the key points of system resilience analysis in urban traffic planning,and from the aspects of disaster prevention and emergency measures and material support of urban groups,regions and communities,through literature review.Based on the analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of resilient urban traffic system,in order to effectively prevent the expansion of the impact of emergencies.For the next stage of urban comprehensive transportation network construction,civil air defense traffic planning,improve emergency support capacity to provide reference.
