三菱形静电消除器的优化设计

摘要 针对大型舰船喷气燃料补给及加油过程中油品静电消除难题,提出基于三菱锥形集流放电针的管道静电消除器,采用有限元分析法仿真模拟新型静电消除器内部的电场和流场,分析消电针的结构及布局对消电效果的影响,得到集流放电针的几何结构及布局的最优值,对比试验验证模拟计算的正确性。 In order to investigate electrostatic discharge in the process of gas jet fuel supplies,a new type of triangular-pyramid pipeline electrostatic eliminator was used to eliminate the static charge in the jet fuel.The charge distribution law in the oil pipeline was calculated by using the finite element analysis,the electric field and flow field inside the new electrostatic eliminator were simulated.The parameters and layout of current collecting discharge needle were optimized and the structural parameters of high-efficiency electrostatic eliminator were determined.The contrast experiment verifies the correctness of simulation calculation.
