摘要
为实现智能化环境下的精益装调,完成轴系工艺知识的快速获取,提出采用知识建模的方法,建立以“概念-属性-关系”为主要结构的本体知识模型,对具备检索条件的工艺知识进行特定规则下的知识管理,以此开发知识管理原型系统,通过原型系统证实该建模管理方法能够提高专业人员知识获取效率,缩短信息传递时间,保证知识准确性。
In order to achieve lean assembly and adjustment in an intelligent environment and complete the rapid acquisition of shafting process knowledge,a method of knowledge modeling was proposed to establish an ontology knowledge model with concept-attribute-relationship as the main structure.The knowledge management under specific rules could be carried out for the process knowledge with conditional retrieval,so as to develop a knowledge management prototype system.The prototype system proved that the modeling management method can improve the efficiency of professional knowledge acquisition,shorten the information transmission time,and ensure the accuracy of knowledge.
