摘要
由于卡车的底盘较高,后视镜较大,人工调节后视镜较为费力,目前市场上一些高端卡车的后视镜调节都是通过开关控制电机来实现,主流的技术方案是开关与控制器之间通过硬线连接,控制器与后视镜调节电机之间也是硬线连接,这就造成控制器针脚占用过多和线束过多的问题。因此本文介绍一种基于LIN总线技术的后视镜调节策略,同时,从后视镜系统控制原理出发,结合实际案例介绍一种后视镜功能失效的分析方法。
Because trucks have a higher chassis and a larger rearview mirror,it is more difficult to manually adjust the rearview mirror.At present,some high-end truck on the market the rearview mirror adjustment is achieved by switch control motor,the mainstream technical scheme is that the switch and controller are hardwired together,and the controller and the rearview mirror regulating motor are also hardwired together,which causes the problem of too much controller stitching and too much wiring harness,so this article introduces a kind of rearview mirror adjustment strategy based on LIN bus technology.At the same time,based on the control principle of the rearview mirror system,this paper introduces a method of analyzing the function failure of the rearview mirror combined with practical cases.
