This paper starts from the causes of the fault phenomenon,according to the principle of first outside then inside,first simple then complex,check the fault from outside to inside,first easy to difficult,and then according to the data parameters provided by the manufacturer,use the special detection equipment to accurately measure the internal of the motor,through the data comparative analysis,finally determine the root cause of the fault.
