原发性精囊腺恶性畸胎瘤超声表现1例

Ultrasonic manifestations of primary malignant teratoma of seminal vesicle gland:a case report

摘要 患者男,42岁,因排尿困难2个月余入院。临床表现为尿痛,尿线变细,尿末滴沥,无肉眼血尿;肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)4074 ng/ml。超声检查:左侧精囊腺区见大小约4.6 cm×6.9 cm囊实混合回声团块,边界尚清,形态欠规则,内见低回声及无回声间杂呈蜂窝状,与周围组织分界不清;CDFI于其内未探及血流信号(图1A)。
