摘要
以低速机的低频振动线谱控制为研究对象,采用消振原理,依据振动线谱测试数据计算低频振动峰值对应的不平衡力矩,开展消振装置探测系统、控制系统、执行器以及机械结构设计研究,针对某低速机开展消振装置的设计和优化,通过配机试验结果分析,对控制策略和结构设计进行优化和完善,试验结果表明在消振装置安装位置的关心频率振动加速度可以降低5.8 dB,其他测点消振效果更优。研究并掌握消振装置结构设计、探测系统及控制策略可靠性设计、执行器系统匹配设计以及应用技术,为低速机船舶低频振动线谱控制和实船应用提供技术支撑。
With the low frequency vibration spectrum control of the low speed diesel engines as the research object,the design and optimization of the detector system,control system,performer,and mechanical structures of the vibration elimination device were carried out.Based on the vibration elimination theory and according to the test data of the vibration narrow band spectrum,the unbalancing moment corresponding to the low frequency vibration peak was calculated.The vibration elimination device of a low speed diesel engine was designed and optimized.Through the match test data analysis,the control scheme and structure design of the device were further optimized and improved.The results show that the vibration acceleration level of the concerned frequency can be reduced by 5.8 dB at the installation position of the device,and the vibration elimination effect at other measurement positions is even better.This study provides a technical support for vibration narrow band spectrum control of low frequency vibration of low speed diesel engines and application in real ships.
