基于多尺度残差网络的配电绝缘杆障碍物覆盖检测

摘要 针对传统配电绝缘杆障碍物覆盖检测方法存在检测精准度低的问题,提出一种新的基于多尺度残差网络的配电绝缘杆障碍物覆盖检测方法。构建闪络模型,计算外施电路电压,以此研究配电绝缘杆的障碍物覆盖表面闪络机理。设计多尺度残差块结构,使用PReLU激活函数,计算残差块,以提取泄漏电流特征。在电源电压支持下,计算绝缘子表层的泄漏电流和障碍物表面电阻值,然后引入平均表面电导率,识别配电绝缘杆闪络,完成配电绝缘杆障碍物覆盖检测。由实验结果可知,该方法检测精准度较高,能够保障配电绝缘杆的稳定运行。 In order to solve the problem of low accuracy in traditional detection method of barrier coverage of distribution insulating pole,a new detection method based on multi-scale residual network is proposed.The flashover model is constructed to calculate the applied circuit voltage,so as to study the flashover mechanism of the barrier covered surface of the distribution insulating pole.The structure of multi-scale residual block is designed,and the residual block is calculated by using PReLU activation function to extract the leakage current feature.Under the support of power supply voltage,the leakage current of insulator surface and the resistance value of barrier surface are calculated,and then the average surface conductivity is introduced to identify the flashover of distribution insulating pole and complete the barrier coverage detection of distribution insulating pole.The experimental results show that this method has high detection accuracy and can guarantee the stable operation of the distribution insulating pole.
