通过对工程实例的分析,从灌装动力源、装置气蚀余量、杜瓦瓶工况和作业流程等角度归纳LNG灌装效率的优化措施。详述了装置气蚀余量的模型和控制要素。总结了设计和运行阶段的注意事项。这些对类似工程具有参考和借鉴意义。
Through the analysis of engineering example,the optimization measures of LNG filling efficiency are summarized from the perspectives of filling power supply,Net Positive Suction Head Available(NPSHa),working condition of Dewar bottle and operation process,in which the model and control elements of NPSHa are detailed.The precautions in the design and operation stage are summarized,which are of reference significance for similar projects.
