摘要
城市区域的定向钻施工往往受地面上下构筑物、控制红线等影响,导向轨迹无法按常规定向钻两段斜造和一段直孔段轨迹实施。通过对松安路定向钻穿越断面地下箱涵和污水管道、地上构筑物以及控制红线界限等不利因素的分析,利用管道弹性辐射极限,并依赖设备的优良性能,在导向控制方面采用了有效措施,成功解决了空间多维曲线轨迹的控向问题。
Construction of directional drilling in urban areas is often affected by the above and below ground structures, control red lines and so on, so the guiding track can not be implemented according to the track of conventional directional drilling with two sections of inclined construction and one section of straight hole. Based on the analysis of unfavorable factors including underground box culvert, sewage pipe, ground structure and control red line boundary of Song’an road directional drilling crossing section, effective measures are adopted in guiding control by using elastic radiation limit of pipeline and relying on excellent performance of equipment, and the problem of direction control of spatial multi-dimensional curve trajectory is successfully solved.
