运用叙事疗法提升社区矫正服刑人员社会支持的构想

Reflections of Narrative Therapy in the Construction of Social Support System for community correction prisoners

叙事疗法是基于社会建构理论发展起来并应用于团体情境的工作模式。叙事疗法能够从多角度帮助来访者重构自身叙事,发掘自身经历中的积极意义,因而非常契合社区矫正服刑人员的心理修复需要,有利于社会支持系统构建。在社区矫正服刑人员集体教育活动中运用叙事疗法,应注重发挥服刑人员的主体性,用理论和实践相结合的互动方式引导他们面对困难和问题,不断提升他们的正向自我调节能力,使他们勇于面对社区矫正的社会现实环境。

Narrative therapy is a working mode based on social construction theory and applied to group situations.Narrative therapy can help visitors reconstruct their own narratives from multiple perspectives and explore the positive significance of their own experiences.Therefore,it is very suitable for the psychological rehabilitation needs of prisoners in community correction and conducive to the construction of social support system.The application of narrative therapy in the collective education activities of prisoners in community correction should pay attention to the subjectivity of prisoners,guide them to face difficulties and problems by combining theory with practice,constantly improve their ability of positive self-adjustment,and make them face the social reality environment of community correction bravely.
