摘要
钢结构工程中目前常用的H型腹板栓接主次梁连接方式已被证实为半刚性,但此种半刚性连接节点的具体力学性能却仍未研究清楚。基此,对工程中一些常见截面尺寸的H型钢次梁进行对比分析研究。研究方式不改变腹板栓接主次梁节点部分自身的连接方式,将次梁的线刚度作为变量,经过大量的计算和比较,分别作出各自的弯矩—转角(M·θ)曲线、节点转动刚度统计表和弯矩传递百分比汇总表。研究发现,节点初始转动刚度与次梁线刚度之间相对大小导致节点连接部分最终分担的弯矩有所不同,连接节点部分所传递的弯矩百分比值基本稳定在10%左右,并由此指导H型钢次梁端部节点设计。
Steel construction commonly used H-type web bolted primary and secondary beam connection has proven to be semi-rigid,but the specific mechanical properties of this semi-rigid connection have not been studied clearly.Based on this,a comparative analysis of H-shaped steel secondary beams with common cross-sectional dimensions in engineering is carried out.The research method does not change the connection method of the web bolted to the primary and secondary beam nodes,the stiffness of the secondary beam line as a variable,after a lot of calculations and comparisons were made each moment-rotation(M·θ)curve,the node Rotation stiffness statistics table and bending moment transmission percentage summary table.The study found that the relative sizes of the node between the initial rotational stiffness and the stiffness of the secondary beam line portion leading to the final balancing nodes connected to different moment,the percentage value of the bending moment transmitted by the connecting node is basically stable at about 10%,and thereby guide H-shaped steel secondary beam end joint design.
