摘要
针对高中生家庭生涯教育进行探讨和研究,通过调查问卷和访谈,研究发现目前高中生家庭生涯教育中存在以下问题:家长对孩子学业高期待与高焦虑并存,家庭生涯教育内容单一,家长缺少对孩子生涯兴趣的支持与引导等。存在这些问题可能的原因是:家长自身生涯经验和信息渠道的缺乏让其对生涯教育的认知较为狭隘;学校生涯数据反馈和专业指导的不足让家庭生涯教育开展缺乏动力和目标;社会飞速发展和科学技术革命让家长对孩子生涯兴趣的影响力不断下降。为提升家长开展家庭生涯教育的能力,促进家校协同共育,学校建立了梯度性指导体系,定期反馈学生生涯数据,开发家庭生涯教育线上线下指导课程,推进学生生涯辅导课程的家校共建。
This paper discusses the issue of family career education for high school students.Through questionnaires and interviews,the study found some problems with family career education for high school students:parents’high expectations and high anxiety for their children’s studies coexist;narrow content of family career education;parents lack support and guidance for children’s career interests.The possible reasons for these problems are as follows:The lack of career experience and information channels of parents makes their cognition of career education relatively narrow;the lack of school career data feedback and professional guidance makes the family career education lack motivation and goals;rapid social development and the scientific revolution have reduced the influence of parents on their children’s career interests.In order to improve parents’ability of family career education and promote family-school cooperation and coeducation,the school has established a hierarchical guidance system,provided regular feedback on students’career data,developed online and offline guidance courses for family career education,and promoted family-school co-construction of student career guidance courses.
