摘要
文章通过对室内体育课开展现状进行探究,结合学生反馈数据与教师访谈实录,对实施现状进行分析与反思,剖析其中存在的问题,通过各类研究行动明确了室内体育课的目标定位与课堂实施改进方向。通过对小学体育教材内容的梳理与整合,提出以“聚焦室内体育、规范课堂流程、强调因地制宜、关注适宜负荷”四点为基本原则,对室内体育课的实施框架进行重构,采用多元化的实施策略满足不同的教学需求,形成准备课与趣味体能动态结合的课堂模式,并在教学实践中印证了可行性,为培养学生形成积极的体育健身意识奠定基础。
This article analyzes the current situation of indoor physical education to find out its existing problems by exploring indoor physical education in Luwan No.2 Central Primary School with the help of feedback data from students and interview records with teachers.Through various research actions,the targets of indoor physical education and the improvement direction of classroom implementation have been clarified.Through organizing and integrating the content of primary school physical education textbooks,it proposes to restructure the implementation framework of indoor physical education based on the following basic principles of“focusing on indoor physical education,standardizing classroom processes,emphasizing measures to suit local conditions,and paying attention to appropriate loads”.With diversified implementation strategies to meet different teaching needs,a classroom model that dynamically combines preparatory classes and interesting physical fitness is formed,and the feasibility is confirmed in teaching practice,which lays the foundation for cultivating students’active physical fitness awareness.
