新时期农村小规模学校师资队伍建设的困境与对策 被引量:3

摘要 新时期“农小校”师资队伍建设是实现农村基础教育公平而有质量发展的着力点。现阶段,“农小校”师资队伍建设普遍存在专业发展滞后、师资结构矛盾、生存现状不佳、职业渠道狭窄、乡土角色冲突等问题。究其原因,主要为城乡二元结构的限制、寄宿制留守儿童存在、政策制度执行力不足、撤点并校程序不规范、传统教育观念的桎梏、乡土教育情怀的缺失。基于此,文章提出通过政府保障引领、学校内生发展、社会协同支持、教师自为提升,突围“农小校”师资队伍建设的现实桎梏,建设“小而优”“小而美”“小而精”的“农小校”。 The construction of the faculty of“small-scale rural schools”in the new era is the focus of achieving the fair and quality development of rural basic education.At this stage,the construction of the teaching staff of“small-scale rural schools”generally suffers from lagging professional development,contradictions in the teacher structure,low standard of living,narrow career channels,and conflicts in rural roles.The reasons are the restrictions of the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the existence o‘f left-behind’children in the boarding system,insufficient implementation of policies and systems,irregular procedures for removing points and merging schools,the restrictions of traditional education concepts,and lack of concern for rural education.Based on this,through government guarantee guidance,school endogenic development,social coordination support,and teachers’self-improvement,breaking through the real restrictions of“small rural schools”teachers team construction,aiming to build“small rural schools”“small and excellent”,“small and beautiful”,“small and refined”is the purpose of value.
