小学道德与法治教师队伍的现状及改进研究--基于C市教师调查数据的分析 被引量:1

The Present Situation and Improvement of Moral and Rule of Law Teachers in Primary Schools--Analysis Based on the Survey Data of Teachers in C City

摘要 通过调研数据发现,C市小学道德与法治教师队伍存在着大量其他学科教师兼职、部分地方教育管理部门及学校重视程度不够、培训机会不多、培训经费没有保障以及教研制度不健全等问题。推动这些问题的解决,需要优化小学道德与法治教师队伍结构并完善其课程实施的体制机制,在推进小学道德与法治教师队伍建设的专业化、制度化上下工夫。 This study conducted an investigation on 3789 moral and rule of law teachers in C city by means of a network questionnaire.According to the survey data,the moral and rule of law teachers in primary schools in C city are confronted with many problems,such as part-time teachers of other disciplines,insufficient attention paid by some local education management departments and schools,few training opportunities,unguaranteed training funds and imperfect management systems.To solve these problems,it is necessary to optimize the structure of moral and rule of law teachers in primary schools and perfect their management system and mechanism,and make great efforts to promote the professional and institutionalized construction of moral and rule of law teachers in primary schools.
