摘要 酿酒工程专业是应中国白酒产业对专业人才亟需而生,是一门集工程学、生物学和物理化学等学科为一体的全新专业,其教学模式仍在不断探索之中。以解决酿酒工程专业当前面临的实践教学问题为出发点,在现有的办学基础上结合虚拟仿真教学,创新、完善实践教学的模式,让学生在寓教于乐的过程中掌握专业知识,以期为酿酒工程专业人才培养模式找到新的方向。 The major of liquor-making engineering is born in response to the urgent need of professionals of Chinese Baijiu industry.It is a new major integrating engineering,biology,physical chemistry and other disciplines.Its teaching mode is still being explored.In order to solve the problems in practical teaching of liquor-making engineering,on the basis of the existing teaching modes,virtual reality teaching is proposed to improve the practical teaching mode,so as to allow the students to master professional knowledge while enjoying the process of learning,and to find a new direction for the cultivation of liquor-making engineering professionals.
