Analysis of Water Wall Temperature Control of 600 MW Supercritical"W"Flame Boiler

云南华电镇雄发电有限公司2×600 MW机组于2012年1月投运以来,多次因锅炉上部水冷壁超温导致鳍片撕裂的发生不安全事件,本文对此问题产生的原因进行初步分析,结合调试运行经验,探索预防的对策。

Since the 2×600 MW unit of Yunnan Huadian Zhenxiong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was put into operation in January 2012,there have been many unsafe incidents of fi n tearing caused by overtemperature of the upper water wall of the boiler.In this paper,the causes of the problem are preliminarily analyzed,and combined with the commissioning operation experience,the preventive countermeasures are explored.
