摘要 以1050 MW超超临界机组为对象,对大型超超临界机组临炉热风加热改造技术研究,分析其试运行参数,对其运行效果、经济效益进行综合分析。临炉热风加热系统可避免给水进入冷启动锅炉省煤器产生较大应力及振动的现象,消除管壁水塞现象,改善高温再热器干烧情况,缓解高再氧化皮生成和脱落;改善尾部烟道和空预器运行工况,防止低温腐蚀发生,提高机组启动过程系统和设备的安全性。该系统投运对于机组启动过程中系统和设备安全、节约启动能耗费、节约启动用时、启动初期的工况优化都有着非常重要的意义。 Taking the 1050 MW ultra-supercritical unit as the object,research on the hot-air heating retrofi t technology of the large ultra-supercritical unit near the furnace,analyze its trial operation parameters,and conduct a comprehensive analysis of its operating effects and economic benefi ts.The hot-air heating system near the furnace can prevent the feed water from entering the economizer of the cold-start boiler to cause greater stress and vibration,eliminate the phenomenon of water plugging on the pipe wall,improve the dry burning of the high-temperature reheater,and alleviate the formation and shedding of high re-oxidation;The operating conditions of the tail fl ue and air preheater prevent the occurrence of low-temperature corrosion and improve the safety of the system and equipment during the startup of the unit.The commissioning of this system is of great signifi cance to the safety of the system and equipment during the start-up of the unit,saving start-up energy costs,saving start-up time,and optimization of operating conditions at the initial start-up.
