火电机组燃用高硫煤对脱硫运行的影响及控制措施

摘要 针对脱硫塔直径小、烟气流速高,燃用高硫煤时烟气脱硫难以超洁净排放的难题,以某300 MW火力发电机组为例,面对日益严格的环保要求和企业利润目标要求,在煤价较高时一段时间采购相当一部分高硫煤,实际使用过程中为了控制净烟气二氧化硫浓度不超25 mg/Nm3,提出了一系列运行控制措施,达到了超洁净排放的目标,为同类机组环保排放控制提供参考。 In view of the small diameter of the desulfurization tower,high flue gas flow rate,and the difficulty of ultra-clean emission of fl ue gas desulfurization when burning high-sulfur coal,a 300 MW thermal power generating unit is taken as an example,facing increasingly strict environmental protection requirements and corporate profit targets It is required to purchase a considerable amount of high-sulfur coal for a period of time when coal prices are high.In order to control the sulfur dioxide concentration of the net fl ue gas to not exceed 25mg/Nm3 during actual use,a series of operation control measures have been proposed to achieve the goal of ultra-clean emissions.Provide reference for environmental protection emission control of similar units.
