近年来,随着我国经济持续快速发展,电力市场行业的竞争程度日趋升高。供电企业营销管理模式不能再墨守成规,需要开阔思路,从方法创新、制度创新角度重新审视电力市场运营环境。电力营销管理是供电企业与用户之间重要的桥梁。供电企业电力营销管理中存在的问题,应当要有深刻的认识,如此以来,持续优化、不断完善才会变得更有意义。
