摘要
以硝酸银为前驱体、植物金银花提取物为还原剂制备纳米银溶液,采用紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、脂质体挤出器(Nano-Sizer)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征其结构。结果表明:当硝酸银的浓度为1 mmo/L时,还原制备的纳米银平均粒径在20 nm左右。经过纳米银溶液整理后的棉织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率在99%以上,具有良好的抗菌性能。
Nano silver solution was prepared with silver nitrate as precursor and honeysuckle extract as reducing agent.The structure of nano silver solution was characterized by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry,transmission electron microscope,nano sizer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that when the concentration of silver nitrate is 1 mmo/L,the average particle size of nano silver prepared by reduction is about 20 nm.The antibacterial rate of cotton fabric finished with nano silver solution to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus is more than 99%,which shows good antibacterial performance.
