基于实测方法的女衬衫部件缝制标准工时预测

摘要 随着服装企业用工难的问题日益凸显,为了解决以劳动力密集型为主的服装企业生产计划的编制更加频繁和复杂、数据的存储和处理量急剧增大等问题,准确、快速地预测服装缝制的标准工时正是解决以上问题的方法。文章以9款女衬衫为研究对象,对构成其基本部件的工序工时进行实验测量,确定女衬衫各缝制工序的标准工时,并与实际生产时间误差进行比较,预测女衬衫标准工时与实际生产时间的吻合率在90%以上,验证预测标准工时的可行性,最后初步建立预测标准工时的系统。 With the garment enterprise employment difficulty question increasingly prominent,in order to solve the problems of more frequent and complicated production planning and the rapid increase of data storage and processing capacity,accurate and rapid prediction of standard man-hour for garment sewing is the solution to the above problems.In this paper,the man-hour of 9 kinds of blouses are measured experimentally,the standard man-hour of each sewing process are determined,the error of actual production time is compared,the coincidence rate between standard man-hour and actual production time is more than 90%,the feasibility of predicting standard man-hour is verified,and a system for predicting standard man-hour is established.
