“产教融合”背景下高职院校服装专业教师队伍建设研究

随着经济的发展,人们对于服饰的要求也越来越高,不少高职院校将产教融合形成新的教学模式。为了保障高职教师能够和教学模式改革进一步融合,需要以更加专业化、职业化的模式建立教学方式面向市场发展的教师队伍。高职院校要健全教师的专业审核标准,对照核心招聘、薪酬待遇、日常管理制度,在保障教师发展规划的基础上,逐步完善高职院校的教师体系,促进校企合作,实现产教融合。

With the economic development,people’s requirements for clothing are getting higher and higher.Many higher vocational colleges have integrated production and education to form a new teaching model.In order to ensure that higher vocational teachers can further integrate with the teaching model reform,it is necessary to establish a team of teachers whose teaching methods are market-oriented in a more professional model.Higher vocational colleges should improve the professional audit standards of teachers,compare the core recruitment,salary treatment,daily management system,on the basis of ensuring the development plan of teachers,gradually improve the teacher system of higher vocational colleges,promote cooperation between schools and enterprises,and realize the integration of production and education.
