摘要
起重机自行式小车车轮踏面经常出现异常磨损,导致小车运行出现振动,严重情况下需要更换车轮。分析了车轮滚动磨损和滑动磨损、车轮踏面与轨道硬度匹配等问题,提出了技术改进对策,可降低车轮踏面磨损机率,降低起重机运行维护成本。
The wheel tread of crane self-propelled trolley often appears abnormal wear,which leads to vibration of the trolley,and the wheel needs to be replaced in serious cases.The rolling wear and sliding wear of wheel and the matching between wheel tread and track hardness are analyzed.The technical improvement countermeasure is put forward to reduce the wheel tread wear probability and the crane operation and maintenance cost.
