摘要
钢结构用以承受和传递起重机的工作载荷和自重载荷。为了合理利用材料,充分发挥材料的力学性能,钢结构常采用箱形薄壁结构形式。为提高构件承载能力,满足结构稳定性要求,通常设有纵向和横向加劲肋。给出了纵向和横向加劲肋及连接设计方案,明确了设计准则和计算方法,可为同类设计工艺参考。
The steel structure is used to bear and transfer the working load and dead weight load of the crane.In order to make rational use of materials and give full play to the mechanical properties of materials,steel structure often use box-shaped thin-walled structure type.In order to improve the load-bearing capacity of components and meet the structural stability requirements,longitudinal and transverse stiffeners are usually provided.The longitudinal and transverse stiffeners and connection design schemes are given,and the design criteria and calculation methods are clarified,which can be a reference for similar design processes.
